Software update not complete

I have a maxsys . I went to use it today . Mini, BMW and Rolls Royce all have a red check mark beside their icon for picking a vehicle. When I try and access a BMW a message pops up and says ( Software update is not complete . Please try again after the update has finished . I have not tried to update my system so why will it no longer allow me to access these vehicles?

At the moment there is a problems with BMW, Mini, & RR, Cars software as they are about 5 to 6.5gb therefore you might be having low memory in your SD Card, you will need to use external SD Card to install those software........If you do a bit of research here on forum you will find my post which explains how to get around this problem....Hope that helps........
